Refund policy

Return Policy
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns made within 30 days. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping charge from your outbound shipment may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Used warmers are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are due to manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period. 
  • Sale items, packages, and specialty holiday products are not eligible for return.
  • Equipment sales are final.

Order Corrections

Any order corrections must be completed within 5 days of receipt. 

The Return Process

  • If you are not pleased with performance of any of our products, please reach out to us directly as in most cases we can troubleshoot and assist in getting the results you are looking for.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your product upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. WaxOne is not responsible for missing shipments or products damaged in transit. If any items are damaged in transit, we must first open an investigation with the carrier before issuing any replacement products or solution. Please contact us directly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened product and, waxing kits, and packages. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed on unused and unopened products. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dimensionsaa.com
