Our Story
Dimensions was created in 2006 by partners Randy A. Brenner and Michelle D'Allaird Brenner to fulfill a growing need in the skin care industry. That need was equipment and product representation backed by founded education, actual customer service, and the ability to keep things simple.
Starting with 4 customers and 1 product line in the Northeastern U.S, Dimensions has grown to represent top quality equipment and product manufacturers servicing thousands of customers nationwide.
In 2016, Dimensions built and relocated to our own 12,000 square foot distribution and educational facility. Partnering and sharing the building with The Aesthetic Science Institute, LLC., a New York State licensed, accredited, and CIDESCO approved esthetics school, allows us to assure our customers know we are not only committed to the skin care industry, but fully understand our passion… skin care.
In 2021, our growth required further expansion into our dedicated wax distribution warehouse doubling our size. This fully renovated and modernized space houses all items and operations for WaxOne Wax.

After almost 15 years as Dimensions Distribution LLC, in the esthetic and hair removal industry with thousands of customers, we grew tired of the same old thing.
Each year we saw the same products, heard the same issues and along with that rising prices… but the products never changed. After years you grow close with your customers and understand their concerns, needs and frustrations. One week we spoke with multiple great customers who asked for either an alternative to what they were using or why we never formulated our own product line. At the same time, we were literally told by one of our suppliers to “Stop making promises and stop working so hard for your customers”. This was the turning point.
With a background in Chemistry and Biology and an understanding of how and why these products work we set out to build the best product, utilizing modern technologies with the best and safest ingredients.
After over a year of trials of countless formulas by multiple manufacturers we found perfection and WaxOne Total was born.
Created in Europe by a well-known and uber experienced manufacturer, our product line is made under strict control to assure quality and consistency. This is the most important part of our line.
With each batch, each bag, and each bead you can trust that our wax will perform the same time and time again.
